What This Automation Does
This automation helps you keep candidates informed the moment an interview is scheduled or updated. It sends a timely text message and reminders so more people show up prepared. The result is fewer no-shows and a smoother hiring process.
How It Works
When an interview is scheduled or updated in your HR system, the candidate is created or updated in ActiveCampaign. They’re tagged as “interview scheduled,” added to your interview automation, and immediately sent a confirmation SMS asking them to check their email for details. Before the interview, a reminder SMS is sent, and once the interview is completed, their status is updated to keep your records accurate.
