How It Works
When a Square payment event (created or failed) occurs, the automation creates or updates the contact in ActiveCampaign, adds a loyalty tag , and starts a dedicated automation . This workflow then sends an in-store purchase loyalty SMS through D7 SMS. The message says, “Hi {{first_name}}, thanks In-store purchase loyalty SMS. Reply HELP for support.” The system then waits for a reply if the customer responds positively, it creates a deal or task ; if not, the contact continues into a nurture sequence aimed at re-engagement. The Primary KPI tracks engagement and conversion results.
