To enable Dataverse Search: Go to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments.Navigate to the environments section and select the desired environment.Open Settings and search for "SEARCH" Choose the "Dataverse search" option, enable it, and click save.
Go to Power Automate and click on Create, then select "Automated Cloud Flow." Provide a name for the flow and search for "Dataverse."Choose "When a row is added, modified, or deleted" and click on create.Specify trigger conditions and select the desired module (e.g., leads) from which you want to retrieve values. Define the scope, and the trigger part is completed.Now, click on Add action, search for "D7 Messaging," and choose the endpoint "Send SMS."Add items and configure sender ID.
Now, create a lead and test the integration. Once the lead is created, check the D7 dashboard for SMS reports. As seen, the SMS has been successfully processed.
