Local SMS Regulations
SMS Regulations for Local Companies
- Pre-registered Alphanumeric Sender ID is allowed towards all networks.
- Generic sender id is NOT available.
- Required information to use the domestic links are Company Name, SMS Content examples + NOC Later Estimate – 3 weeks for Registration.
- Setup/registration fee of 370EUR.
International SMS Regulations

for International Companies
Pre-registration requires for all operators in Mozambique.
Except mCell where Full Dynamic Sender ID is supported.
Details required: Sender name, content, URL, and NOC letter.
The estimated time for the registration is within 2 weeks.
All senders that are not registered will be delivered with a Generic sender id.
