SMS Regulations for Local Companies
- Alphanumeric Sender ID needs to be registered in all Tanzania networks.
- In Zantel network, the sender id is alpha dynamic while in Tigo requires registration which includes sender name and content
- In Airtel network the content needs to include the Brand Name of the sender id in order to be registered.
- In Smile Network requirements are : Sender ID , URL, Sample message.
- Description of Service Generic sender is also available for All Operators.

TCL Network requires brand name inside the sample message content.
