Install and configure

1. Install the extension from Zoho marketplace

  • Access Zoho CRM and go to Settings > Marketplace > All
  • Search for D7SMS, select it, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

2. Generate D7SMS Token:

The D7SMS connection utilizes OAuth 2.0-based Bearer token authentication, and you can create this token at the API Tokens section of app.d7networks.com

3. Update API Details on the extension:

  • Navigate to Settings > Marketplace > All > Installed > D7SMS > Configure.
  • Click on the Edit symbol next to "Extension Settings."
  • Update the "D7API Token" with the token generated from the D7 dashboard.
  • The default value of "Sender Name" is "D7-Zoho." Change it only if you've purchased SenderID or a dedicated number (VLN).
