Install and configure

1. Install the extension from monday marketplace

• Access monday CRM and go to monday marketplace > All apps
• Search for Direct7 Networks, select it, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

2. Generate D7SMS Token:

The D7SMS connection utilizes OAuth 2.0-based Bearer token authentication, and you can create this token at the API Tokens section of app.d7networks.com

Here are the step-by-step instructions to create the token:

• Signup with app.d7networks.com
• Navigate to https://app.d7networks.com/api-tokens
• Click on "Create Token"
• Enter an Application Name and click "Save."
• On the next window, click on "Generate Token," and copy the generated token.

4. Get the originator name:

• Sign up with app.d7networks.com
• Navigate to https://app.d7networks.com/sms/settings
• Select the default originator.
• If you are new to Direct7 Networks and haven't registered a SenderID, use "SignOTP" which is the predefined D7 demo senderID

PS: As there is no provision to change originator name in Direct7 Networks's integration in monday.com, It is recommended to use a registered SenderID as the originator, please contact [email protected] for registration.

3. Add a Direct7Network automation recipe to your board:

• Go to integrations, then search for "Direct7Networks" in templates and pick your automation template
• Provide D7SMS token as API token and give your originator name and connect to Direct7 Networks
• Provide the requested permissions to your monday board.
• Now fill in the details asked in the chosen automation template
• Add template to your board
