Send SMS

Individual SMS:

To send an SMS to a single Contact, Lead, or Deal, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to a single Contact, Lead, or Deal in Zoho CRM.
  2. The "Send SMS" option should be available on the top right side.

Note: If the "Send SMS" button is not listed on top, you can find it in the submenu. Click on the [...] button, and the "Send SMS" option will be available in the menu list.
  3. After clicking on "Send SMS," a popup window will open with multiple options, each explained below:

    • Message From: You can choose SenderID or a dedicated number (VLN) configured in the extension configuration.
    • Template: Choose an already created template.
    • Insert Fields: Insert Dynamic fields into the message content, such as "Full Name" or "Email."
    • Message: This will be the SMS body.
    • Save Message As Template: Save the current message content as a template. This is the easiest way to create templates with dynamic variables.
    • Schedule Message: Schedule the message to send later.
